Our Standard Cleaning is designed to maintain a clean, comfortable, and healthy home. It’s ideal for recurring weekly, biweekly, or monthly service, as well as one-time cleanings for homes that are already well maintained.
Included in every Standard Cleaning:
✔️ Dusting all accessible surfaces
✔️ Cleaning ceiling fans (accessible with a standard step stool)
✔️ Wiping countertops and other high-touch areas
✔️ Cleaning and sanitizing kitchens and bathrooms
✔️ Cleaning the outside of appliances, cabinets, and fixtures
✔️ Cleaning the inside of the microwave
✔️ Making beds (if clean linens are left out)
✔️ Light tidying and organizing, including children’s rooms as needed
✔️ Spot cleaning light switches, door frames, and other high-touch areas
✔️ Cleaning mirrors and accessible glass surfaces
✔️ Vacuuming carpets, rugs, and hard floors
✔️ Mopping all hard surface floors
✔️ Emptying trash throughout the home
Recurring Service Bonus:
To help keep your home in top condition, we rotate two rooms per visit for additional detailed cleaning. This rotating maintenance may include extra attention to baseboards, blinds, window sills, doors, trim, and other detail areas, ensuring your entire home receives a deeper level of care over time.
Please Note:
Standard Cleaning is a maintenance service and does not include inside ovens, inside refrigerators, carpet shampooing, heavy decluttering or organizing, wall washing, or moving heavy furniture. If your home hasn’t been professionally cleaned recently or has significant buildup, we recommend starting with a Deep Clean before beginning recurring service.
